To follow on a day to day basis what weight is and what i am doing to improve it. what foods I am eating and what exercise I am doing to reduce my weight.

I weighed in at 102.3 this afternoon after purchasing a pair digital scales. I then walked over to brumbys where I brought two sausage rolls and some tomatoes sauce. YUM. My aim is to loose 30kg before Christmas I am at the moment nursing a injured left foot suffering from Plantar Fasciitis a tear or inflammation in the tissue under my foot. treatment is to rest and not walk on it as much as possible. As I need to work I have to some how work around this. I will be back again tomorrow to update.
